Are you trying to control a bd512 with a universal remote?  If so, which brand and model of universal remote are you using?   And what does a Sony TV have to do with this?
In other words, please take the time to compose a post that tells us what equipment you want to control, and which remote you want to use.  Also tell us if any of your equipment does respond to your remote.

2YEARS TO LATE BUT AYYY

Here's a thing.

  • The codes in the BD-512 file seem to conform to my Chunghop 3b set.

  • One of the models that uses the 3b-i version (as downloaded from Chunghop) is the RM-101.

  • I subsequently bought an RM-101 and found the codes it contained were actually 4 digit. (It would seem that though outwardly appearing identical there are two version of this remote: one using 3 digit codes and one using 4 digit codes.)

  • A brief check seems to confirm that the 4 digit TV codes merely adds a prefix 0, as in your example. However, the other codes are entirely different.

  • I suggest you download this file and try the 4 digit codes therein. I cannot guarantee they will work, but I think it's worth a try.
