I purchased the TSU9600 back in December. Yes everything I read states built for installers. However, living in San Antonio Texas, there are NO INSTALLERS to do this. HD Installers were suppose to show up on 2 different occassions, and no show. Another company came out for just over 4 hours took the unit back to their shop to call us later that night to say they just can't do it. Now I'm, a beginner sitting here trying to figure this out. So far I have been able to get the remote to work on my Sony KDS60A2020, but nothing else. I have tried to get the remote to Learn IR on the Pioneer Elite Bluray BDP-HD1, but it states no infarred detected. Most of my components are not even listed in your database. These components are not old ones either. Your customer support, needs help also. I am very disappointed so far as I have purchased the TSU9600, RFX9600, RA-RS232, RadioRA Repeater and the Lutron RadioRA switches. All to do what the prompt states it will do. I now have to much $$ and time invested in this to go with another remote. I have read through all these post and see that everyone is right, Phillips may have asked for our opionions, but to date, you give the impression, "I'm sorry I asked".
Phillips, if you ask a question have the decency to at least acknowledge these people at some point with a response.
