No ofcourse not, I don't think we ever had an argument. You're great, keep up the good work. I love the sharing part, like the dynamic widgets and the alerts, and even if you wouldn't you're doing great work on the forum.

Project is on hold for atleast several months and might not be finished ever.

I no longer have any Denon equipment. New equipment might come in a few months. Those that have made a donation or have done a lot of testing may contact me for the source.

If any third party is willing to donate or borrow equipment contact me aswell.

I am working on an Denon DBP-4010UD Bluray Player using serial communication. I think the codes a the same like the codes for the DVD-2500BT. The problem is, that the Direct Select function will not work. For example for Track5 I send "02 4C 32 00 00 00 05 03 38 36" but nothing happens. Does anyone has an idea?

You have to use the hexadecimal ASCII codes corresponding to the track number: e.g., "02 4C 32 30 30 30 35 03 34 36" for Track 5.

Thanks, I tried to use this, but it did not work. Is there anybody who is controlling a Denon Player via RS232 and uses codes for Direct Select?

It is odd that it did not work: I do control my Denon Player (DVD-A1UDCI) via RS232 and the above code works. The serial protocol should be the same for the DBP-4010UD.
