Dalento, all you need do once the channel changes is to press and release the "MUTE" button and it will install the code. (If I missed writing that in the instructions I left earlier in the year, MY BAD!) If anyone is having trouble locating their code for this unit, feel free to email me with the subject heading of "remote codes" and I will be glad to send you whatever code you are searching for... The instructions for programming this remote are posted earlier in this thread. As this thread is now 3 pages long and is full mostly of posts like the one above, it tends to imply that the instructions are buried and not easy to find, so it's for that reason that I have also posted them in a seperate thread... Hi, I just bought this remote today and having some troubles.
The code for my TV worked, but for my Sampo dvd player, it didn't.
Am I doing something wrong or can the dvd player just not detect my remote?? Is this supposed to ever happen?
Can someone help me fix this?

I also have w/ a GE tv the manual code search doesnt work. I cant remember the code for the TV. Could someone please send me the code list or post it here lissa1025j@aol.com thanks
