can the pronto 7500 control 2 rfx6500 modules at the same time? and still do ir also? my plan is to have 2 rfx6500s, 1 at my bedroom head end, and 1 at my living room head end. i would like to execute a command(s) that would use both of the modules at the same time to execute.
example 1st rfx6500 turns on tv in bedroom, 2nd rfx6500 turns on zone 2 audio in the living room from a one button macro
thanks for the help guys

It can control up to 16 extenders on the same Channel (0-3). However, it cannot control extenders on different channels. Just make sure that the Channel ID (set in System properties) is the same as each of your extenders.

But how can it do IR and RF at the same time when say, you have a home page that has a button called "watch" which turns on a reciever and DVD in the closet with emmiters, but you want to use IR to control your TV? But for RF only, Just make the Extenders Channel 3 for example and ID 1 and 2. IR not so sure about.

so ir would be out of the mix using the 2 extenders via rf? if so, i could just go all rf, but i didnt plan on running an emitter for the tv.
rf just as fast as ir, or will i get some delays?

rf just as fast as ir, or will i get some delays? If you create a macro with link to a device set to IR the remote will send IR same for RF. So in the same button the remote will send IR and RF depending of the link you added in the macro. RF has in deed a little delay.

A3-05 Can I broadcast IR and RF at the same time? This is not currently possible. A device may be configured to infrared OR radio frequency transmission to the RF extender, which will then rebroadcast the commands as infrared. If you need to use both, try creating three new devices. In the first device have just that component’s commands, configured to broadcast IR. The second device should duplicate the first, however configure it to instead broadcast RF. In the third create your user interface and link each button to the same command under both the first AND second device. This would essentially create a macro that sends the commands twice: once as IR and once as RF. But note that your device may sense this as TWO commands and buttons will no longer repeat (such as for volume up)– so test before implementing this!
I GUESS THIS IS WHAT YOU MEAN, BUT IN THIS INSTANCE WHAT NEGATIVE EFFECTS COULD IT HAVE? I DID NOT ENTIRELY UNDERSTAND THAT POINT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO CLARIFY? THANK YOU

Some further clarification for you marvelusmarvcus... It's the device which contains the actual IR code button which determines how the signal is sent from the remote. As such, it's important that the devices which contains pages you'll be viewing in the remote never contain the actual IR code buttons themselves, but only links to those buttons which should be located under other devices. More specifically, what you should have in place is a set of "IR Code" devices we'll call them. Create one device for each set of IR codes you're using in your PCF. Each of these "IR Code" devices will be used for only one purpose, storing the IR code buttons for each peice of gear in your setup. This will give you independent control of how you want each set of IR code buttons to be sent from the remote, since it's the device which contains the actual IR code button which determines how the signal is sent. The device you happen to be under at the time while using the remote is irrelevant when using this method. Once you have your "IR Code" devices in place simply link to those IR code buttons throughout the rest of your PCF file and you're set to go. In my own PCF I take this method a step further. You can read about that via the post linked to in my signature area below. Once hitting up the link see the 5th from the last section of the post entitled, "Hidden IR codes devices restructured."
