The MX-3000 operates on a totally different platform then the MX-900. The MX-900 and MX-1000 are based on URC's own proprietary operating system. The MX-950 and MX-3000 are based on Microsoft's Windows CE operating system.
While the symptoms you are having may be similar, your issue is probably caused by something different then what we are experiencing with the MX-900.
