There is ZERO reason to use harmony at this pricepoint. Not to mention no hard buttons for numbers. This is a huge deal breaker for most which means the new C4/NEEO remote is doomed from the start.
Going to the Favorites page and using them is faster than entering the numbers and the Harmony hubs work with Alexa, if someone wants to use it that way.
