There are various devices around the house that are rebooting. For example, an HC250 in the garage - which plugs straight into an outlet - reboots whenever the controller in the rack does.
Check the breakers for the rack and the garage- if they're on the same phase of the electrical service, it's likely that the connection at the weatherhead or pole is bad. If the service is buried to everyone in the area, I would check with the neighbors to see if any have similar problems.
