Alright, now we know how Americans feel about us Canadians. They claim our musicians and hockey players as their own, drink our lake water to nurture Detroit artists, use our websites to piss on us and steal our lumber to produce the finest guitars. Lumber? OK, more Sitka Spruce grows in Canada, but Adirondak Spruce is roughly an even split between US and Canada. Not sure where most of the Maple for guitars comes from, but it could easily be US-sourced. Most of the other wood species used for guitars comes from outside of North America.
Musicians and hockey players go to where the money is.
