At last year's CEDIA I attended a Harmony session that included a panel of dealers. They made an interesting point. While they were not in the sort of business that we generally want to run, they used Harmony in what we would call a "hang and bang", high volume setup/install. They wanted to be in and out in less than two hours. Harmony fit nicely into that context.
If you haven't evaluated Harmony for a while, don't trash them for what you remember about their capability from a decade ago.
