How can you be not familiar with something but also not want to touch them with a 10' pole?

Seems some of you are scared you might actually like them. The PRO model is STUPID easy to program and it works really well for smaller systems. the actual remote aside- the automation and integration into lights, thermostats, alexa ect is powerful and Consistent. I can call the trainer and get almost immediate responses

if you demand that your remotes require 1-3 hours to program with special software then it will not be for you. If someone does not want a $500+ remote do you just shrug and tell to pound sand??
