It has it's place like everything else. I just won a bid with a Harmony Pro today in fact. Yeah, the margin is pretty lame. Gotta make it up with labor charges. Lol

I have a handful of Harmony customers in my dealer dashboard. It's pretty slick. This customer wanted some level of Alexa integration AND a simple one room remote at a low cost. Harmony to the rescue. I had originally thought of C4. But I would have needed to use a Z2IO or retro an emitter to the TV. And Alexa requires a 4Sight subscription. So for about 1/3 the cost, he gets essentially the same experience.

But I still sell SONOS to, so what do I know? Haha.
