If your friends kid was "attacked" by a dog, then the local authorities should have been contacted. It they weren't contacted, then Dad is a bigger a**h*l* then the dog owner.

Most of my neighbors hate my dogs, because one of them jumped on someone and knocker her down... one time... about 6 years ago. My dogs have NEVER been loose since, and rarely bark. I can tell you that they would find Jimmy Hoffa before they found the person I caught trying to poison my dogs.
