Hey, seems to be a lot of responses to this question. It is my understanding that if you are unable to play chapter 19 on the Matrix DVD, it is because your DVD player is unable to read the double layering process that was used to format that movie. A Bug's Life is another one that uses that process. Some DVD players, older ones or cheaper ones, won't work well with those DVD's. Check with your manufacturer for more info. I know that RCA had and issue and was offering to fix their players that didn't work with that format.
