You guys are gods. I have just found some RCA Crimp plugs on the net. Im really into this Home Theater, audio, sound, cabling and stuff but never knew about RCA plugs that you can crimp onto Coax cable.

Canare make some really nice crimp on RCA's....

or you could simply use a standard 'F' fitting and convert it to RCA with an adaptor...

What would be some good Coax for making RCA cables? I have looked into RG6 but what kind? Analog type RG6 or Digital RG6?

Didn't see any input on the subject from you Robby....you must just be the first page police.

Thanks for you comment anyway, it was really helpful to all of us.

Not to defend Robby...he's a jerk. the whole point is, it was decided that soldering connectors directly to the cable is the best way to go, adaptors only add problems. After a page of debate, you come up with
"or you could simply use a standard 'F' fitting and convert it to RCA with an adaptor..."
It makes one wonder if you actually read the first page, as this had already been discussed.

Him? Him?

What the h*** are you talking about? I came back to check it out since I had commented earlier in this thread, back when it was about something. All I find is yet another flame war involving Robby, genius extraordinaire.

Between you and Larry, I'm getting really tired of the wasted time. This is a message board about HT, esp remote controls. It is NOT your personal spouting off arena. Grow up and shut up. Buh-bye now.
