The website is now gone and their telephone numbers for Evolve communications have been disconnected. Even the fax number is disconnected. Unable to download new listings to my remote. Worked through December 26th. Now they are gone. Anyone know what's going on, or did they just pack up shop?

yup,.same here,.bud bought his 3 days ago,.programmed once,..now website dissappeared,..will check back here if we find anything out,..thx

Site is up, but doesn't allow downloads to remote. Phones are still disconnected. Called information and received numbers that are also disconnected.

How come the PPV channels do not have program discriptions? Did they ever?

I guees they are back up, but their ph number is still disconnected. Maybe they are switching to an 800 #. Here is the e-mail I received from them.
"Hi,
I am writing to you as you have recently contacted technical support about loss of update sevice since New Year's Eve. Since I have a large number of emails, this is generic email response - should you still have unresolved issues, please contact me again.
Unfortunately our update service and website experienced intermittent or no service between 31st December and 4th January. This was due to a server going down and the lack of support over the New Year period. The outage was quite serious and involved replacing one machine.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that the problem is now resolved. There is likely to be a large number of people updating around the time of this email as the service is now live again so if you still have problems, please try again in 1-2 hours time or contact me.

Here is the email I received,
Thank you for your email. The site experienced problems at the start of the
year although it should have been up at the time of your email. Guide Remote
has not gone out of business.

Hello everyone. I just got one of these from Heartland also.Was able to download yesterday(1/11). Funny thing,the remote is branded ZENITH and the one thing it won't operate is my Zenith Directv sattelite control box.The box is the SAT-HD520 which is a high definition set top box.I have tried ALL codes,e.g.:sattelite brands and 156 unknowns without success.The box is made by LG but there's no listing for LG in the sattelite category.I have e-mailed Evolve about possible updated codes but have no reply.
