I guees they are back up, but their ph number is still disconnected. Maybe they are switching to an 800 #. Here is the e-mail I received from them.

"Hi,

I am writing to you as you have recently contacted technical support about loss of update sevice since New Year's Eve. Since I have a large number of emails, this is generic email response - should you still have unresolved issues, please contact me again.

Unfortunately our update service and website experienced intermittent or no service between 31st December and 4th January. This was due to a server going down and the lack of support over the New Year period. The outage was quite serious and involved replacing one machine.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that the problem is now resolved. There is likely to be a large number of people updating around the time of this email as the service is now live again so if you still have problems, please try again in 1-2 hours time or contact me.
