Hi, Kelieli

I´m a newbie in this matter.
I tried the codes that tkiddell gave to me!......but nothing happened. I have almost all of original remote controls but the IR LEARN function seems that aren´t working too. Can you help me? What can i do to see if my URC9960 it´s O.K. You think that this remote control doesn´t work in European countrys. If so, it´s very strange.Should i buy something else?
Thanks in advance,
Jaclm

The URC-9960 is designed for North America, it's not loaded with codes for Europe. You should have got the URC-8060, which is the European Kameleon.

However, all is not lost. There is a process called JP1, which will let you sample the signals from your original remotes and build upgrades which you can load into the URC-9960.

You will need a JP1 cable and a pogo-pin adapter, which you can get from the following sites:

http://www.hovisdirect.com and
http://jp1.filebug.com

You can read up on JP1 here:

Rob's away, you should ask jp1 questions in the JP1 Forum.
