I've searched the files and this forum for +FiOS. Nothing in the files. I got many hits here in the forum, but after reading several threads and a few dozen messages, none of them mentioned FiOS.

Anybody know where I can get the codes for my 7500?

Thanks in advance!

Fios boxes in my area use standard Motorola commands.

My FiOS uses a Motorola QIP2500 set top box. It is not high def. I am not familiar with a "7500", at least in my area standard is the QIP2500, and HiDef is QIP6200, or 6416 with DVR. Perhaps the "7500" is a new box?

Is there some reason you can not "learn" the codes from the provided remote? I had no problem doing it in that manner.

I had no problem learning the codes, I was just hoping there'd be a file that would save me the bother.

When I searched for "Motorola" rather than "Verizon" or "FiOS" I found some .CCF files.

Use the database codes...
Cable
Motorola
Extend the durations of the codes to .15 and they are golden.

Didn't think of the database codes. With my old TSU1000, I tried a few and could never find all the functions I needed so I gave up on the database and have learned codes ever since.

If I link buttons to the database, do they respond faster than if they're linked to a device with the IR codes?

I just checked the database codes. They don't include the DVR controls.

So, once again, the database codes are lacking.
