FWIW, the dealer I bought my remote from would come to my home and program the remote for all my devices for me. Free of charge, for however long it would take to complete the job.

One of the advantages of buying from a local, authorized dealer I guess.

I ended up programing the remote myself anyway.

I just recently received an email from the company saying that they were taking extra time to work out the bugs in their process. I can expect the configuration at the end of the month.

I'm hoping that they're using the extra time to come up with some original graphics, as opposed to the two themes that came with the software.

Marky_Mark - did you ever receive a sample config from them? How did it look?

These guys are a joke.

They gave me 14 devices to try for a well known A/V receiver
15 devices to try for a well known Plasma
11 devices to try for a well known CD changer
All with stock graphics.
This service is suppose to sell for $300 or so.
Oh, no macros for that price.
