Mark,

Read the FAQ's they will help a lot. Go the Files section and download some CCFs that have some of your components (search for these). Start playing with it and figure out what graphics you want to use or create your own in Paintshop or Draw.

Click on the links in the box below, in particular you will find : the FAQ, Reviews, Play With It, Phases, Planning and ALIAS.CCF helpful when just starting out.

And remember when you ask questions to be specific in your Heading and very specific in your question, including precisely what your problem/question is and what model Remote you have and what OS you are using on your PC.

Also, don't forget the Search Forum at the bottom of the Page. It may seem slow but it is VERY thourough and don't be mislead by the "0%" you will see on the first screen, it is only a progress marker.

Ok, have done all that you have suggested and even had a friend come over this weekend and give it a try...NO WAY JOSE., I must be totally stupid... I cannot get it at all for any reason. Now is the time to ask if there is someone who can do it for me and setup the ccf files, send them to me and walk me through the steps to get it on the Pronto. I am so frustrated with this thing already I cannot begin to tell you.....Helllllllllppppppppp!!!!

Perhaps if you ask some specific questions, you might find your way reasonably quickly.

Mark,

It would appear from the last sentence of your first post that you just want someone to do it for you. You should start a new post with the title of it being something like: "Will pay for Pronto programming".

There is a guy on this forum who seems very helpful and does it for a living (I think). I think his name is Glenn Sheridan. You may want to call him out.

Hope it helps. Hate to see you spin your wheels.
