I have already attemped to contact customer sevice.... no responce since this morning. Are they really that busy?

Anyways, in an attempt to remove reliance on the webstite for updates to my remote I went through and changed all of my TV activities to simple. Now when I'm in DVD navigation mode it sends TWO sets of commands and not just one. I have custom button mappings so I would prefer not to loose all of my activites. Using the manual mode to send the navigation IR signals does NOT send double.

I had a similar problem with the volume commands.
It came from that I was pressing the original RC button too long when I digitized them.

Maybe also check for any duplicate entries between some (STAGE)....(/STAGE) or (IRPRESSACTION)....(/IRPRESSACTION)?

Nope, and you seem to forget that it was work properly before. It appears to be some sort of double binding ( ie task and device are boht binding to the same menu/button ).

Still not even an automated reply from EZ support. This is getting rediculious.
