We need to get a Jukebox and a Player Piano into a C4 system wirelessly. I was leaning towards a Bluetooth transmitter but I have no clue if they would retain their connection over time.
Has any one used anything like this for a similar project?

If I were asked about this project, I'd say "Tell me more." Distance, context, need for reliability, sound quality, operating protocol.
I've specified dozens of player piano applications. I've not used bluetooth.

Distance to the closest receiver capable location in with 20 feet (with a wall). Sound quality requires best possible but not lossless per se.
This is more about making house audio function that hasn't worked in over a decade and while we are at it make these two devices work. They will not be the main focus.

I only use Miccus for BT, but your application could allow higher priced equipment, which would make Sonos/MusicCast a possibility by connecting to the Aux input and streaming through a similar unit at the head end if the house already has them.
I installed the first Miccus 5 years ago and have had absolutely no calls about it- I see some of the people who made my involvement possible and they haven't said anything, either. If they were having problems, I would definitely hear about them.
That installation is where I had more than 100' of distance through two concrete block walls and it covered the whole stage, full-size basketball court and only became unusable after I went outside.
For about fifty bucks and being totally reliable with good sound, it would have been well worth the price if it had cost four times as much.

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder." |

The Miccus can be used as both a Transmitter and Receiver. Haven't had issues with these either.

Things to consider: 1. Is there a musical accompanying device that needs to be considered? When I installed the Baldwin systems, they had a cd player hooked up, with one channel being accompanying music, and the other a "command" track that was sent to the Baldwin player 2. If the customer wants to hear the piano in other rooms, does the piano have an audio out, or will you be using microphones? 3. If you are using microphones, you may want to consider mixing the accompanying track with it.
Good luck.

These units have analog audio outputs but neither have controllable features.
