They were just relocated. As per Release notes for 4.x

Enhanced configuration and monitoring features are now available in OvrC

MoIP firmware version 4.0 moves the MoIP configuration from the local interface to OvrC’s MoIP System Management, found under the MoIP controller’s Configure tab. All configuration options are now only available in OvrC.

MoIP Endpoint status: All MoIP TX and RXes now appear as individual devices within the OvrC device list, providing real-time status and notification support.

Easier Configuration: With all configurations now available in OvrC, making changes to the MoIP system is now much more convenient and easier.

Platform Updates: With this transition to a new technical architecture for MoIP in OvrC, Snap One can deliver additional features in the future which would not have been possible otherwise, such as increased network visibility, health status, and more.

I guess. But I would strongly question the logic of anyone that would deploy a MOIP system without an internet feed.

there are plenty of ways to get something temporary in place if need be.

Sometimes you go where the work is and sometimes that work is in a place with no internet. I live in a very rural area and sometimes internet is not available, with StarLink that is becoming increasingly rare. It drives me nuts when something is only available with the internet, especially if an upgrade moves the feature from local to cloud-based. With the new Comcast routers you cannot do DMZ unless you have the config app, most of the time I do not, there is no way to do it in the router. This has caused me hours of frustration.

I agree, Settings and features shouldn't be reliant on requiring a specific app/service to make changes to the hardware. entering the IP address of the unit and logging in should be all that is required to make any adjustment necessary. If they want to host that info on the cloud for later for ease of replacement or whatever go for it, but I shouldn't need to borrow the customers phone or get their ISP's login information just to put their PoS router into bridge mode.
You can't fix stupid

There are other manufacturers in the market that have the same, if not, better equipment.

A feature that likely provided options to adjust audio EDID, maximum resolution, screen rotation, and HDCP settings.
