The TV is at my place now and even fit on the dolly :)
Really wasn't that difficult, but it is heavy. Took 6 guys about 2hrs start to finish. I'll post some pics when I'm back in the office.

Quick update on the 103" Plasma. Haven't had time to really market it properly, but did list it on Craigslist in the Santa Barbara & LA areas for $8k to see shat happened. I've had three offers between $2500-$3000 and a half-dozen offers to trade for things ranging from art work to a pickup truck. Demo is mostly complete now at the property and I'm hoping to finalize details with the client next week for all the technology in the rebuild. Before: Now:

I feel like I'm going to cry. That McIntosh amp would console me.

I realize that I'm 6 years late to the party. However, I just couldn't help myself, after my own issues. Short story, bought new 85 inch QLED TV, and picture quality for sports was a significant downgrade from my 12 year old Panasonic 65 Plasma(still in use in other room). So after research, and being told again and again that Plasma does have a better picture than 2019 OLEDs and Qleds for sports, I began my search for a 103 Panasonic. Long story short, I found one, in LA, same exact situation, Rich house sells, and new owner has different use for room. Same exact situation in moving it, 5 guys coming off wall, 6 guys going onto my wall. But OMG, well worth all of the effort. Increadible TV, Sports, supercross, NBA, NFL, are perfect, no trailing blurry images, just perfect picture, and incredible for movies also. I considered a $7000 70 inch OLED. No comparison to this 103 inch prize.

I talked a friend into a Panny PDP years ago, and he thanks me all the time when he visits someone bragging and showing off with their LED poor excuse.
Still like my 65 Panny over anything else I see around

But...i have been hearing that "LED is better" since Sharp introduced the Aquos line. Ten years after that the LED's actually got worse and then 3D!!! I have a 15 year old 42" Samsung 720P plasma in my basement that looks better than the 43" 4K LG i got my sister for Christmas. You have to buy top of the line to be as good as or better than middle of the road plasmas from 10 years ago.

Not really in the business now but I'll add on here. I honestly don't know what I would replace my PRO-950 or KRP-600 Pioneer's with if they die. Pictures are still great and last time I checked they still had plenty of plasma gas left in them - that internet rumor still makes me laugh.
