Do not change anything (the main option) and try it. You will get a warning message and just disregard it. What version of PEP? What firmware is in the remotes? All three PEP, FW 9800 and FW9600 must be coherent.

PEP version is 2.4.23, TSU9800 FW is from 09.2010, in TSU9600 i think is older but on pronto page i can't login and access to fireware updater
when i load older project for TSU9800 without any changes I see this warning ----------------------- Download warning: The downloaded configuration file was not designed for this control panel and may work incorrectly. ------------------------ and it's doesn't work too...
In project i use jpg and png images 640x480px a lot of jumps and javascript in actions, nothing else... (sry one database for philips TVs).
What can be else wrong?

The firmware in all the remotes must be the proper one for the Version of the editor you are using. I think That is your problem. The warning message may be disregarded.

All the prontoscript and button actions will be fine. You will have to resize and position your graphics and possibly add additional pages if the pages are too cluttered or the graphics to small

But not hard. Just time consuming. Get the product called irfanview (free) it is deceent free graphics editor that will run on batch mode. Put all your graphics in one folder and tell irfanview to resize everyting in that folder. May need some minor adjustments to individual images.

I had a client with a 9600 add a 9400 later as well to his theater and it took forever to move it over and then resize everything. 2.0+ added some better elements to make it more manageable.

Ok i will do that, but i have last question what function will close (turn off) pronto, or make it in hibernate mode? I want to use Power-button on TSU9800 and 9600 to turn off it. It's possible?

Unfortunately, There is no script function or action that will put the unit to sleep. If you want it to look like it is asleep, you can put a 640x480 black panel up on the screen with script or simply jump to a page with a full-page black panel.

I answered this question via RCMail. Rbrus, can you please post my response here as I did not save a 'Sent Item' copy of my reponse.
Next time, you might want to consider starting a new thread which will make the topic more searchable for those who might be interested.
Thank you.

Lyndel McGee wrote: //-------------------------- If the Power Button is not being executed from the system page (actions are defined locally for an activity), you can do the following:
CF.activity().page().label; // retrieves name of current activity (what shows in the tree view of PEP) CF.activity().label; // retrieves name of current activity (what shows in the tree view of PEP)
If Power Button being executed is defined on the System Page, then you should execute the code above in each page of the local activity and store the results into a global with System.setGlobal() and then use System.getGlobal() to retrieve the value for display during Power Button Press.
Now, I have a question. I'm curious as to why you chose RC mail vs posting publicly? Your question is very valid and I'm sure others might have benefitted from my answer. :-)
I would appreciate it if once you get the details worked out, if you could post your original question along with my response in a new thread.
Many thanks, Lyndel //-------------------------- Hi, i wrote RC mail to you becouse I'm 400 kilometers from home in building where pronto willbe in use, at 10p.m. (my time) i have train to home and i want to do it fast :) sry for this but after i wrote to you i looking again and again in to pronto dev guide and i found it CF.page() i always know that i can use it like this CF.page("Name..."); But i saw one line where is written "If no tag is specified, the current page is returned of the current activity." and i use it, in PEP my page names is like TOPIC1..TOPICxx i saw that now it's very helpfull and i take it then I wrote parser which takes topic name and page number from page().label; Now it's okey, thanks for help :)
