Yes, I did all that but I found that I had to go to 3
first then back to 1 for it to start working. I'm happy
that Remote Central helped so much. Philips tech support

There are 2 switches on the back of the extender. One is the Channel ID and one is the "Mode" switch that you set when configuring. Which one are you changing?
