I am having a problem with the RFX6400.
I have it configured as standalone. I have it on channel 1 (0-15).
On the TSU9600. I have it set on Enable wireless on pronto control panel.
I have it set to channel 1
I have it set to Extender 1
Whenever I put the "watch my shows" properties on Extender 1, The RFX6400 doesn't respond. No light flashes on the actual extender. The TSU in IR mode (no extenders etc) works with no problems.

Please help. I've called Philips and they have no idea. They said their 1 Pronto guy is gone today (?). They told me to go here. Their customer support is bad in my opinion. I feel I paid a lot of money for no customer support and no where to go.
