I am having a problem with the RFX6400.
I have it configured as standalone. I have it on channel 1 (0-15).
On the TSU9600. I have it set on Enable wireless on pronto control panel.
I have it set to channel 1
I have it set to Extender 1
Whenever I put the "watch my shows" properties on Extender 1, The RFX6400 doesn't respond. No light flashes on the actual extender. The TSU in IR mode (no extenders etc) works with no problems.

Please help. I've called Philips and they have no idea. They said their 1 Pronto guy is gone today (?). They told me to go here. Their customer support is bad in my opinion. I feel I paid a lot of money for no customer support and no where to go.
Thanks, Jeff

did you go to System Properties, tab Extenders, check extender 0 (or 1, match with your extender) and put it on Wireless? If you leave it on Serial, it won't work...

Yes, I did all that but I found that I had to go to 3 first then back to 1 for it to start working. I'm happy that Remote Central helped so much. Philips tech support was much less than to be expected. Thanks, Jeff

Make sure you have the latest firmware (download from Philips) on your RFX9400. You will most likely need to use the cross-connect cable to install. And, when you do install, don't unzip the file you download, simply point the firmware updater at the zip file.

There are 2 switches on the back of the extender. One is the Channel ID and one is the "Mode" switch that you set when configuring. Which one are you changing?

Make sure the settings for each device you wish to use via wi-fi, is set within the device properties of each Device, to use the extender.

You have to do two settings. One on the System Properties page and also on every device "Properties page.
