Obtained the Level III Certification 05/19/2009

Woohoo! I was expecting it to be a little more script-intensive. Wasn't too bad like you said, just meticulous.

Congrats Phoenix!
I guess I'm not the only US installer with a Level III certification now. :(

I guess I can still put down that I was the first. :)

About 3-4 business days. They say it may take up to 2 weeks to process results though.

It took me just about a week to get my reply that I had passed the test. It took another 10 days to get an email with my certification attached and as of yet, I still haven't seen anything appear on their web site. Hoping that happens soon.

Woops. Spoke to soon. There are 2 of us out there in the US with certifications.

Scroll to the bottom.

So, 1 week to get answer, another 10 days to get certificate, and about another 14 days to get on web site.

For me it was 1 hour after I submitted it, then a few days later our distributor brought it to me, along with a 9300. And it took them about 3 weeks to put us on the website, and yet they still managed to smug up our logo REALLY bad (JNV, under Netherlands)

Also Greenbay, how did you get them to post your website under your logo?

Actually, my logo isn't out there, my email address is wrong, and my web site is not out there either.

I'm the last one on the page. At least they spelled my name and company name right. :)

I'll need to get an email off to Joe to see if they can fix it.

According to the certification, whatever information you put on the dealer contact page in the configuration file is what is supposed to appear on teh web site, but I can tell you I had a different email address and my company web address on that page. They used my reply-to email address instead of the one on teh configuration page, so be careful and be clear to make sure the right information gets posted to the web site.

Well I had to email them the information, and I let them post our general e-mail on there, so I don't get spam and people don't contact me directly.

At least they got my name right, and use the right email address...

Bumping this up a bit.

There is an application form on the professionals website.

Are you, by filling and sending the form, straight into the certification process, or you just get the info on what is needed for level 3 certificate?

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have some bad experience with pronto team so far. When I contact the support via email, I recieve 1 answer on 10 mails.

I sended Lavel 3 certification files to prontoteam and distributor in Croatia and nothing happens for abuot two months.

I am from Serbia, Belgrade, but I hope that is not the reason for ignoring my participation in "Pronto world".

If this continues, I will quit using pronto in KNX/EIB smart home instalations because I can not provide eny relevant suppport to my customers.
