The manuals for the TSU9200, RFX9200 andPCX9200 are available at Philips. The PCX9200 is quite interesting:
"A unique feature in this segment, the TSU9200 lets users interact with their digital music library content right on the LCD screen. The PC extender, the PCX9200, is a USB dongle that enables two-way real-time communication. By simply plugging the PC extender directly into the computer’s USB port, users can manage their music library located on the PC or network drive directly on the TSU9200. Users can access the playlist and cover art as well as a search function to find exactly the music they want.
Windows Vista
The TSU9200 supports two-way control for Windows and Windows Vista Media Center as well as Windows Media Player and iTunes. Just add the optional PC extender, the PCX9200, to integrate your customer’s digital music files."

If this could be made to work with Macs I'd be more exited. Oh well. The TSU9200 and my SqueezeBox should be enough for me.

Would be great but the 9200 and the 9400/9600 use different types of communication.
My understanding is that the 9200 uses zigbee or some other sort of wireless other than 802.11. Not claiming to be an expert in this area but just repeating some of the things I've heard.

So has anyone actually tried the PCX9200? I'm wondering if it actually works as well as it's supposed too.
I currently have a URC MX-900 & MRF300 although might have to ebay them for the TSU9200, RFX9200 and PCX9200, if this function truly works as well as it's described.

I have tried it and it works fine, you can browse by different cathegories and get feedback in the display.
The range is about 10-15m, but that is with the dongle directly in the PC. I will try to place the dongle further away as I suspect the close proximity to the PC might limit performance. (I'm gonna get a USB extension cable to hook up the dongle)

What about web streams, .pls and .asx? Does it still work if pc with pcx9200 is in another room, like 10 meters away from the remote? More user comments please
