Hello,
Here's my problem. It's not that big of an issue but, my client would like to know why.

this client has :

Mx-3000i and MRF-350i with MRFB600MURCWH (URC light control by Lutron) in living room. I've put ID 1009 for the light dimmer.

He also uses a Bose Lifestyle 38 in the living room (controled with Mx-3000i) with 2 extra zones ( 2 bedrooms ).

He uses the original Bose remote in the bedrooms.

The light in the living room are on when he get's up in the morning.

This does not happen all the time.

Has anyone ever seen or got such a problem?

If yes, how was it fixed.

Yes, as a joke...

I see you're using 433MHz RF. Anything else in the house, other remotes? Any chace a timer was set in the MX3000 software?

I had a look at the program and no, timers are not in there.

He uses is Bose ''2nd zone'' remotes. That's all the other remotes he uses. They are RF. Could those cause interference?

If yes, why only the light and not all of the system is affected?

Ghosts who like lots of light when they host late night dinner parties? ;)

That really is odd. I don't know what frequency Bose runs on. Ask him to take the battery out of the MX-3000 before he goes to bed one night and see if the lights still come on. If they do, you've eliminated the MX-3000 from your list of suspects. Next, try doing the same with the Bose remotes on the following night.

A process of elimination should isolate potential causes. If none of the remotes are causing it, it may be something else in the house, a neighbor with the same dimmers, or even transient RF from something else in the area (airport, military base, power plant, etc.).

Tell him to open the MX3000 battery compartment with a screwdriver (1/4 turn to right, DO NOT TURN IT LIKE A STANDARD SCREW), then unplug the tiny molex plug connecting the battery to the remote.
