I don't think there is any problem with the WiFi network since other computers can connect normally. The only problem is with the Pronto. But after I make everything work with the unsecured network, i'm gonna investigate that too...


As long as the extender is in "configure via cross cable" or "configure via router", it is in configuration mode, and cannot be used by a control panel. You should put the RFX9600 in "Use mode".

I switched to configuration mode just to test the network. After that I switched back to the "use mode". Thanks anyway!
