Dependent on how budget sensitive the situation is I would probably go with the MSC-400 if those cable boxes don't have discrete on and off. That being said, any of them will work. The MRF-260 only has 4 emitters though.
I do have a couple of questions/comments though.
1. I would not recommend the mx-810 for any application with centralized equipment because power state tracking will cause some interesting challenges. If your customer like the form-factor you might consider the mx-880.
2. Where is the central closet? Will the Wii controllers will have the range to get there?
