RTI Installer indicates it to be a quick fix. I have opened them up and found nothing serviceable - and I am a component level tech. Many times, when sent to RTI, you get a new board. Send it in and be done with it.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
