My guess is they sent you a list of hex codes. Basically you need to create a ccf file with the codes and then you can open the ccf with the Universal Browser in the MX Editor and drop the codes onto whatever buttons you want. Search this forum for "makehex" and "hex2ccf" and you'll find lots of threads about the process.
You can also try asking the distributor if they have a Pronto ccf file for the codes instead of just the raw hex. It's a common format that a lot of manufacturers will provide a file for. It might save you the trouble of creating your own (which really isn't that difficult once you know how to use the tools).
