Well, I don't know who was presenting the webinar, but I can assure you that whoever it was made a simple mistake. We've known since August that the browser for 5000 wasn't going to work, and we told everyone that at CEDIA. But, since a mistake was clearly made, I'll make certain that the folks in the training department get the necessary "heads up."
Sorry for the misleading information. I'll do what communication I can across departments to avoid the same thing happening again.
