I am pretty amazed at how the posts that followed my criticism were so unbelievably defensive. I wonder, do any of you own any MX-5000? All I said is that the MX-5000 deserves this upgrade. I then go on to say that RTI handles mass features better and I am told "go buy something else then" and then I even disclaim that my post was not meant for URC employees that post here and I get another rant about opinion disclaimers. You guys should learn how to handle cricism a little better. With what the MX-5000 lists for I have a right to complain. And I know what my options are also.
