Which version of Windows 7 do you have? If you have Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate it includes a license for "XP Mode" which gives you a full version of XP running in a Windows Virtual PC. Virtual PC does support USB devices so in theory it should work (I say in theory because I've never tried it; I have an MX-980 which works natively). More details on XP Mode can be found here:
