I'm not looking for a device to convert the RS232 codes to IR Codes.
I've a LG 42LH4000 LCD TV and the user manual has (surprisingly) a detailed section about controling all the TV features using RS232. Unfortunately it doesn't have a similar section containing the IR Codes.
So I was (perhaps naievly) asking if there was a simple way to take a RS232 Code and "work" out the corresponding IR Raw Hex Codes.
