I found this site a few months ago that will let you enter a Canadian postal code:
[Link: silicondust.com]Hit the pull down country and select Canada, then enter your postal code. If a Silicon Dust user isn't in your postal code it will show the closest possible. Hope this helps..
On another note, I too was also suprised at the signal strength of channel 51, WPXJ. Also, I cannot pick up WNGS either and their Wikipedia entry states that they are broadcasting only a message which states "WNGS has ceased operations as of June 12, 2009." The same message is being broadcast over their channel slot on Time Warner Cable.
