Unfortunately the RW won't work at all now, not even on boot up. So, can't get to the error report send button. I doubt it is a problem with the remote unit hardware, since it worked off and on.
Is there any way to test the remote unit??? The receiver always has the red light on so it is powered.
I can find no troubleshooting software built into the driver.
I did the driver downloads - see above message - and tried the original instillation disk.
Any other suggestions will be appreciated.
Are the later versions of this remote more reliable???
