If your config was developed in PEPv2, and the volume commands are 1-way RS232 actions, you will need to edit the "component's" RS-232 codes in My Database and tweak the settings there. I believe for Denon, I have 100ms or 150ms repeat intervals.

If in PEPv1, then the 232 codes are not in a database and are likely on some hidden page somewhere. You will need to edit each 232 code directly in the button versus in My Database as PEPv1 did not support 232 codes in the database.

I tried the link in my siggy and it worked just fine. Here's the link I fetched using IE 6.0. Firefox should be able to get the word doc as well. I must admit that MediaFire does MANY popups but it's free. :)

FYI, you will need firmware 5.0.7 or higher on your RC9001 to run EscientPronto. I recommend Escient version 4.2.5.6 on your SE-D1 for stability as well.
