I recently had my HT integrator program my Marantz RC9001. When the hard button volume buttons on the remote are pressed the remote is inconsistant in sending commands. My programmer did not know a way to fix the problem and said he would have to do some research as to why this is happening. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?
I bought this remote without doing my usual due diligence. Is there any other information that can be retrieved back to the remote besides the volume db from the receiver? I have all the basic turn this on, turn this off functions but I can't help feeling like I'm not getting $2000.00 worth of functionality.
