I ordered from them on Monday and my order was "processing" until today. It seems that Philips has decided to enforce their sell only through custom installers policy. My order was canceled today with this notice:
We are extremely sorry but we can not fill your order for the Pronto Pro products. We are unable to continue selling these items as Philips would prefer selling these remotes only through their custom installation resellers. We would love to help in any way we possibly can.
