Hooked up my G-68 RS-232 today to the 9600 base using a female to female null cable. Linked my buttons to my 232 code page the light on the 9600 flashes on port one indicating communication. I have checked and re-checked the 232 string: Using 2 character ASCII format followed by carriage return, (CD = CD Input), 9600 Baud Rate. Everything looks as it should as far as I can tell, However; The Meridain does not respond. Am I missing something very simple here??? Or have I got my bases covered.
