Thanks! The press release explicitly lists 2-way RS232 support for specific hardware. For example, it states that "For high-end amplifiers, two-way communication (e.g. volume feedback) with Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, and Onkyo models is supported".
I assume that if I a device does support 2-way RS232, just because it isn't explicitly listed by Philips, that it can still be made to use 2-way RS232 with the Pronto TSU9600? In other words, just about any device that does provide a 2-way RS232 should work with the TSU9600? I have a Marantz S3 projector, a Velodyne SMS-1 subwoofer EQ, an Anthem pre/pro, and a Denon DVD-3900 DVD Player, all of which support 2-way RS232. I assume they ought to work fine w/ the TSU9600 (and hopefully the upcoming TSU9400).
