My Vista PC can see the TSU9600, it was plug and play. The interesting thing was configuring the RFX9600 through a router. The Vista PC couldn't see the TSU through the router when the RFX was in config mode 3, but it could in config mode 2. According to the book, config mode 2 is only used for PC to RFX direct with a cross cable. So I configured my RFX in config mode 2 using Vista PC>straight cable>router>straight cable>RFX, updated firmware all OK.
