Well, that's quite easy to fix. Just use the CorFlags.exe tool from the Windows SDK and add the 32BIT flag to the "ProntoEdit Professional 2.0.exe":
CorFlags.exe /32BIT+ "ProntoEdit Professional 2.0.exe"
...forcing the run in 32bit mode. It works like a charm then ;)
