Hi all,
Just to build on the raised question, is Pronto capable
of bi-directional communication? If I am controlling the
lights my bedroom, can I program Pronto such that it will
popup a message on Pronto to tell me if one of the bulbs
is faulty?
In another case, will Pronto be able to get the light
levels from the bulbs?
There are two way scripts written for the Pronto's for lighting, Dynalite, Clipsal, Lutron etc , but im not sure if any off them can tell you is a lamps is Blown,
If its just one room wont you see if the lamp has blown?
To Detect remotly if a lamp is blown , you would need to to Current measurement on each circuit of lighting.. more hardware and more Pronto script to be written , if you have deep pockets it can be done :)
